We collect corporate contact information provided through our project discovery or scoping intake forms. When running system audits, telemetry data and database logs are collected under strictly scoped NDAs. We do not store or process raw Personal Identifiable Information (PII) on public servers.
2. Data Protection & Air-Gapping
Any client-provided log lines or dataset segments are hosted within air-gapped data vaults with hardware-backed encryption keys. Access is limited via Zero-Trust signature tokens and strict multi-factor role policies.
3. Data Disclosure
Acer Data does not sell, license, or lease customer data. Data is only processed to optimize enterprise scaling configurations and compliance checks under private client agreements.
4. Your Rights & Contacts
