1. Engagement & Scoping
All architectural blueprints, system audits, and coding cycles are executed based on statement of work parameters agreed during initial scoping diagnostic calls. Clients must supply accurate telemetry bounds and data parameters to enable secure staging deployments.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Acer Data transfers 100% codebase and configuration script ownership to clients upon payment clearance and staging conformance validation. Any pre-existing open-source libraries or third-party containers are provided under standard Apache/MIT licensing rules.
3. SLA Assurances & Deployment limits
We engineer systems for high transactional performance and zero compromises. SLA warranties (e.g. 99.999% uptime or sub-12s failovers) apply only to staging components deployed across cloud platforms under our managed GitOps rules.
4. Liability Boundaries
In no event shall Acer Data be liable for database lockouts, server congestion, or service interruptions caused by legacy software components that were excluded from our digital transformation decoupling specs.
